I ask you then: How can someone be ully involved in, and passionate about, his or her work when they do not actually know how they contribute? Yet, I can stroll round many corporations and ask employees this question “What is it that you just try this contributes to the general objectives of the corporate?” Unfortunately, most will be unable to respond in a significant manner. Many do not even know what the overall targets of the corporate are, let alone how they match into it! So, I ask, how can they presumably be engaged?
